Matt Damon on Palin - "Bad Disney Movie"

September 11, 2008 10:15 by johnolimbo

A big thank you to Mr. Matt Damon for his input on the Presidential election.  As an actor his chief job function is to pretend to be other people.  That probably makes his analysis the most qualified for evaluating politics and economics.  These Tinsel- town-Trotskyites are only helping out our cause by speaking out.  The more the fringe left pushes hard against Palin the more likely we are going to see her in office.  And I would ask Mr. Damon - what's wrong with being the mayor of a small town?  What's wrong with being governor for only two years?  Why is it scary or disastrous for Palin to only have two years in a high office and be on the ticket as VP but perfectly fine that Obama was only a senator for 2 years before he ran for president, you know - the HEAD of the ticket?!?  I don't see him huffing and puffing about that and I wouldn't expect him too.  What's bad for the goose apparently isn't bad for the gander... but hey, he could probably play a President real well so I guess we should take his word for it.

She didn't ban any books, nor did she ask for any to be banned.
Her religion has to be better than listening, and forcing her children to listen to Rev. Wrong for 22 years.
I sincerely hope he takes a role as an economics professor and does some on the job research - maybe that way Damon would see the light.
